Counsellor/ Social Worker

Description
The successful candidate will be supporting and working directly with members of the LGBTQ+ community. Areas of work include professional counselling, case management, community outreach programmes, professional training and volunteer management.

Job Requirements

  • Singapore citizens or Permanent Residents (PR) only.
  • Recognised Bachelor degree in Social Work, Counselling or Psychology.
  • At least 2 to 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Registration with the relevant professional body is preferred.
  • LGBTQ-affirming personal and professional stance.
  • Fluency in English and preferably one other official language (Mandarin, Malay or Tamil).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
  • Remuneration will commensurate with the successful candidate’s qualifications and experience.

Office Manager/ Social Work Assistant

Description
The successful candidate will be involved in working with members of the LGBTQ+ community, stakeholders and allies. This includes office and financial management, fundraising activities, event organisation, public relations and volunteer management.
 
Job Requirements
  • Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents (PR) only.
  • Recognised professional qualifications in office and basic financial management, with at least 3 – 5 years’ relevant experience (for Office Manager position).
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, with recognised diploma in social work or counselling (for Social Work Assistant position).
  • LGBTQ-affirming attitude.
  • Fluency in English and preferably one other official language (Mandarin, Malay or Tamil).
  • Ability to multi-task and work as part of a team in a dynamic environment. 
  • Remuneration will commensurate with the successful candidate’s qualifications and experience.
