Corporate Engagement

As a community-based organisation working in the local context, we seek to engage companies in Singapore to provide opportunities to discuss LGBTQ+ diversity and inclusion in the workplace. We are well-placed to collaborate on a range of LGBTQ-related programmes depending on the corporate partner’s needs.

Popular Workshop Topics

In recent years, these are the LGBTQ+ topics most popularly requested by our corporate partners:

  • Language & terminology

  • Allyship in the workplace

  • Coming out & real-life stories

  • Supporting parents

Oogachaga executive director Leow Yangfa talks about the meaning of coming out in the corporate business setting. (Please turn on subtitles due to audio quality.)

Engagement Fee

As a local, non-profit organisation, we generate income to keep our services running. We charge a professional fee of SGD 900 per hour (from January 2024) for all our corporate engagement sessions. We do not charge GST as we are not GST-registered.

Over the years, we have engaged with a number of multi-national companies, including those in the financial services, legal services, technology, media, retail and healthcare sectors.

If your company is interested in engaging us for a workshop, or collaborating with us for a corporate event, please fill in the form below.

Pride Month 2024 engagements

Please note that as at 30 April 2024, we have very limited availability for lunchtime sessions (12pm to 2pm) in the month of June. We can explore the following instead:

  • Sessions in the afternoons (from 3pm onwards)

  • Sessions in July or later in the year (these are especially impactful since it is an acknowledgement that LGBTQ+ Pride, Diversity & Inclusion deserve recognition all year round, and not just during Pride Month)
