JOIN OOGACHAGA AS OUR NEXT EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Oogachaga is Singapore’s most established LGBTQ+ charity, supporting and affirming lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, questioning and gender-diverse (LGBTQ+) individuals, couples, and their families since 1999. As we look to the future, we are seeking a passionate and visionary Executive Director to lead us into our next chapter of growth and impact.
This is a unique opportunity for a values-driven leader to work closely with our Board, dedicated staff, and volunteers to advance our mission and strengthen the systems that support our community. We are looking for someone who thrives in a collaborative, participatory culture, and brings out the best in people, and values them as key sources of insight and innovation.
The ideal candidate will also be a systems builder who can lead the development of strong infrastructure, policies and processes, and a strategic thinker who can guide the organisation through a changing landscape. You will help shape what Oogachaga stands for and where we’re headed, aligning our theory of change with service delivery, development plans, and resourcing.
If this sounds like you, we warmly invite you to apply to join us!
