Visiting in Person
Please avoid visiting the office without an appointment, as staff and volunteers may be working on a “hybrid” basis. You may be turned away if you visit without an appointment.
Accessibility Our office is on the 3rd floor of a century-old conservation shophouse with stairs and no lifts. We apologise that the office is not accessible to wheelchair-users or persons who require mobility aids. Pagoda Street is fully pedestrianised and closed to vehicle traffic. For vehicle drop-off, please select Lucky Chinatown/ Temple Street taxi stand, which is 2-3 mins walk away.
Public transport Chinatown MRT station exit A (Pagoda Street) is less than 1 min walk away. Maxwell MRT station exit 2 (South Bridge Road) is 5 mins walk away. There are public buses serving stops on New Bridge Road and South Bridge Road, 3 mins walk away.
