Why Support Oogachaga?

We exist to support lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, questioning, queer and gender diverse (LGBTQ+) individuals, couples and families, and to raise awareness of issues impacting the LGBTQ+ community in Singapore.

Oogachaga is legally registered as a non-profit business (registration no: 53035413J), and comes under Oogachaga Community Services Limited, a registered company limited by guarantee (registration number: 200402955N) with charity status (you can search the Charity Portal here).

Please consider a financial donation to support our work. Your contribution will help to:

• Support our LGTBQ-affirming professional counselling services, and help to offset counselling fees for clients who are unable to afford to make payment due to their financial situation

• Support online counselling Whatsapp and email services for the LGBTQ+ community, so that LGBTQ+ individuals, couples and families can lead fulfilling and meaningful lives

• Deliver training programmes for our volunteers, so that they can provide LGBTQ+ affirming emotional support for our community

• Conduct professional training workshops to staff working in the social service, healthcare and education settings, so that they can better support their LGBTQ+ clients, patients and students.

• Develop LGBTQ-themed education and information resources, like publications and videos, so that readers and viewers can better understand the issues.

• Maintain the staff team and office space at 57B Pagoda Street, so that we can provide professional continuity and a physical venue for the above activities to take place.
