Lawrence Goh

Lawrence Goh has been working in the social service sector since 2007, after graduating from Edith Cowan University with a Master of Social Science (Counselling). As a senior clinician, his responsibilities include supervising counsellors and interns, as well as conducting workshops for both the public and fellow practitioners.
Lawrence's therapeutic approaches are integrative and systemic, drawing from his rich clinical training on Narrative Therapy, Satir Systemic Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Emotion-Focused Therapy. He specializes in queer couple and family therapy supporting them in addressing complex relationship issues and mental health challenges. In addition, Lawrence is skilled in doing trauma and complex trauma work. He also has a keen interest in the practice and facilitation of mindfulness as a valuable life skill.
Lawrence is currently a registered counsellor with Singapore Association for Counselling; a clinical member with Singapore Association for Counselling; a registered clinical supervisor with Singapore Association for Counselling. He is also a member of EMDR Singapore and an associate member with Association for Marital and Family Therapy Singapore.
