Centre Manager

Lynn Ho serves as the Centre Manager, leading the organisation’s counselling operations, volunteer management, and programme support. She ensures the smooth functioning of client services and works closely with staff and community partners to strengthen service delivery and organisational impact.

Lynn holds a Master of Counselling (2024) and is trained in trauma-informed, person-centred, and evidence-based approaches. She brings a grounded, empathic presence to her work with clients, and she strives to create spaces where LGBTQ+ individuals can feel safe, empowered, and seen.

She is committed to building spaces where queer individuals can access support without fear or judgment, and where every voice is valued. Through her work, she hopes to contribute to a kinder, more inclusive community where all LGBTQ+ people can thrive.
