Oogachaga is now Oogachaga Community Services Limited

Effective 1 July 2026, Oogachaga Community Services Limited (UEN: 200402955N) will be the official name of Singapore’s most established LGBTQ+ charity.

Previously registered as Oogachaga (UEN: 53035413J), with Oogachaga Community Services Limited as the charity and parent organisation owning it, we are formally transferring all services, programmes and operations from the former to the latter. This is being done in the interest of enhancing accountability, transparency and clarity for all our stakeholders. 

What has changed:

  • Legal name of the organisation

  • Bank account name & details

  • Unique Entity Number (UEN)

  • PayNow QR code

  • Donation and vendor payment details

What remains the same:

  • Services and programmes

  • Staff members and volunteers

  • Office address

  • Website and email addresses

  • Donations to GiveAsia and Benevity

What this means for you:

  • For all our stakeholders and partners, our contact information remains the same. It is still acceptable and correct to refer to us as “Oogachaga” in speech and writing.

  • For donations, invoices and contracts, we should be formally addressed as “Oogachaga Community Services Ltd”.

  • For donors giving through GiveAsia and Benevity, no change is required from you.

  • For donors giving through GIRO or direct debit, our bank account has changed. We will be in touch.

  • For counselling clients making counselling fee payment, things remain the same, unless otherwise advised.
