Celebrate Pride Month 2026 with Oogachaga

LGBTQ+ Pride Month is here again! Globally, Pride Month is observed in June, to honour the 1969 Stonewall riots in New York City which began on the night of 28 June. This is often noted as the spark that ignited the gay liberation movement in the United States, and the birth of the modern day LGBTQ+ equality movement worldwide.

In recent years, the LGBTQ+ community in Singapore has also been celebrating Pride Month in June, with Pink Fest and Pink Dot usually held in the same month. We invite YOU, friends and supporters of Oogachaga, to join us at these initiatives and events too!

Shop online with Cloversoft (1 to 30 June)

For the month of June, 5% of online sales from the Cloversoft website will be donated to Oogachaga. Additionally, a limited quantity of free Cloversoft petite wet wipes will be distributed from the Oogachaga booth at the Pink Dot Community Tent on 27 June, Saturday afternoon!

Kihon x Oogachaga Pride Collection (1 to 30 June)

Kihon (基本 or “basic” in Japanese) is a Singapore brand specialising in versatile and comfortable basic wear. Are You Career Ready? (6 June, Saturday)

We will be collaborating with a corporate business partner to conduct a free, skill-based workshop to support LGBTQ+ jobseekers to polish their resume, enhance their interview skills and build their professional their confidence. See details here.

When Competence Becomes Camouflage (17 June, Saturday)

This 90-minute workshop is for LGBTQ+ professionals and allies who seem capable on the outside, but may be carrying pressure, uncertainty, or parts of themselves they rarely get to name. This workshop is organised by an external facilitator, and is part of Pink Fest. $29 from every paid ticket will be donated to Oogachaga. See details here.

Inclusive Careers Fair (20 June, Saturday)

Oogachaga will have a booth at the Inclusive Careers Fair on 20 June, Saturday, from 10am to 5pm at WeWork, 21 Collyer Quay. A signature event of Pink Fest, the Inclusive Careers Fair is an in-person event for individuals, businesses, and community organisations dedicated to fostering inclusion, equity, belonging and diversity. Pink Dot SG (27 June, Saturday)

Oogachaga staff and volunteers will be out in full strength running our community tent at Pink Dot 18, happening on 27 June, Saturday from 4pm at Hong Lim Park. Come say hello, engage in queer-affirming activities and collect some freebies while you’re there! This event is for Singapore citizens and permanent residents only.

Corporate Engagement (all throughout June & beyond)

Oogachaga staff have been invited by different corporate partners in the retail, legal, technology and financial services sectors to conduct Pride month-related corporate engagement sessions, including allyship & awareness workshops, fireside chats and panel discussions.
