Corporate Engagement

As a community-based organisation working in the local context, we seek to engage companies in Singapore to provide opportunities to discuss LGBTQ+ diversity and inclusion in the workplace. We are well-placed to collaborate on a range of LGBTQ-related programmes depending on the corporate partner’s needs.

Popular Workshop Topics

In recent years, these are the LGBTQ+ topics most popularly requested by our corporate partners:

  • Language & terminology

  • Allyship in the workplace

  • Supporting parents

  • The business case for LGBTQ+ inclusion

Oogachaga executive director Leow Yangfa talks about the meaning of coming out in the corporate business setting. (Please turn on subtitles due to audio quality.)

Engagement Fee

As a local, non-profit organisation, we generate income to keep our services running. We charge a professional fee of SGD 930 per hour (for sessions conducted Aug to Dec 2024) for our corporate engagement sessions. We do not charge GST as we are not GST-registered.

Over the years, we have engaged with a number of multi-national companies, including those in the financial services, legal services, technology, media, retail and healthcare sectors.

If your company is interested in engaging us for a workshop, or collaborating with us for a corporate event, please fill in the form below.
